Kevin Bennett - Owner
Kevin is a graduate of the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. He served over five years in the Marine Corps. He deployed three times; first to Southeast Asia in support of amphibious operations, and twice to Afghanistan where he trained the Afghan Border Police, and served as a NATO joint logistics officer. Kevin also spent nine months in the Democratic Republic of Congo working with Doctors Without Borders in the construction/management of measles vaccination campaigns and emergency treatment centers for cholera and Ebola Virus outbreaks.
Kevin started The Hilts Group in 2015. He has worked on a broad range of projects from building custom homes and additions, to all types of interior renovations. Kevin is always on site, working with sub contractors and acts as the lead carpenter on all major renovations.
RYAN LOVELETT - LEAD FRAMER
Meet Ryan, the carpenter with boundless energy and an infectious personality that brightens up any job site. His tireless work ethic is an inspiration to his colleagues and clients alike. Ryan takes immense pride in his craft and ensures that each project is the highest level of quality. He's a people person who gets along with everyone, and his friendly demeanor and sense of humor make him a pleasure to be around.
On the weekends, Ryan can be found riding his dirtbike around or up in the air with his flying club. Just ask him how his day is going and it will surely bring a smile to your face!
chris norris - carpenter
Chris is a skilled carpenter who began his career in the culinary world from his time at Johnson & Wales. His many years of whipping up delectable dishes is behind him, switching gears and turning his knack for building into a new recipe for success. Chris has a unique passion for construction and is always ready to hammer out something special!
jacob santopolo - APPRENTICE carpenter
Jacob is our team’s young and enthusiastic carpenter with a knack for asking questions and learning on the go. Jacob is attentive to every detail and process throughout the various phases of construction. He often gets fired up over the smallest successes and the biggest challenges. When he's not working with our team, you'll find him cranking up some heavy metal tunes to keep the momentum going.
